Hello guys, i had question do you guys think i need to buy a AiO watercooling for my setup?
My Usage is i play Dota 2 24/7 and cs go sometimes.

G-skill Ripjaws 4 DDR4 8GB 2X4GB 2400MHZ
ASUS Z170-A
Gigabyte GTX 950 Xtreme Gaming 2GBGDDR5
SAMSUNG 250GB EVO 850 SSD
WD 1 TB BLUE HARD DRIVE
Cooler Master 550w elite
My case is Raidmax Cobra Z, 2 deepcool 120mm fans on top breathing out, 1 front breathing in,1 back breathing out and this is picture of my setup

I Get 40° Idle on my cpu while my ambient temperature is about 27-30° and when i turn on my AC That is on top of my desktop i get 22° ambient temperature my Cpu is about 34-36° In idle and 46° In Gaming without ac and 40° in game with AC. graphics always 28-30° idle 40° in gaming 36° with ac on. Its just the noise without ac on in summer my case has loud noise i cant keep it on cant sleep at night if i get a water cooler will the noise be gone ? And Do i need a water cooler based on my usage ? Thank You

I second 13thmonkey.

A nice air cooler like the Noctua NH-D15 or D-14 would give you comparable or improved performance to an AiO, it would also probably be quieter at the same price point (those pumps get noisy). And if you put stock in Occam's razor, then the simpler air cooler would be a better choice.

As for the noise problem, AiO water coolers are not where you should be looking.
Just make sure you figure out which component is making the noise.
GPU
Case fans
HDD (probably not, hopefully not)
CPU Fan
PSU fan?

Also, your temps are fine. Only upgrade the cpu cooler if you plan on overclocking, or just want something quieter. If it's just for noise, try the Hyper 212 EVO. I've heard it's a fair bit quieter than intel stock fan.

Thanks for your reply !
Actually before i opened this thread i checked everything my gpu has freeze mode (fan stops) even the voice continued,i checked 120 mm fans and turned them off still, i thought it was cpu but after u said i checked PSU and found out it was the PSU making the car engine sound ! The cpu had a little sound on full rpm mode.
I Cleared the filter under the case it was full with dust and after that the sound was gone ! the dust was blocknig the psu airflow and wouldn't let it cool itself ! Thank you so much !
P.S
And i figured out that my PSU is not a very good one it has loud sound and i checked reviews it wasn't very good on tests and etc. i wish i researched about PSUs too before building my rig ! Would the PSU harm my other components or sth ? do i need to change it and buy a Corsair or better one ?

Don'd mind those telling you to spend $80 on a cooler for a CPU you don't overclock. 40c is an incredible temperature for that CPU, given that it can probably safely run at 90c+ for years. I'd leave it exactly as it is.

If your PSU dies, it may take other components with it, but it probably won't die, and it probably won't take other components with it if it does. Power supply failures are uncommon, and the vast majority of users even using low-quality units will have trouble-free operation for years, it's just that the chances of trouble are higher. You still might choose to replace it if you're not happy with the noise it makes, though.
