About a week ago, I had to un install CS:GO because I was running out of harddrive space on my main drive, a few days after un installing it I thought "Hm, I should play some CS:GO!".

After reinstalling I am now getting at most 67 frames per second on dust 2 in casual, comp, and deathmatch, with drops that go even into the 40's. :(

Before uninstalling I was getting EASILY more than 100 frames per second with 4x Antialiasing and FXAA turned ON, with the bunch of those quality settings turned to high.

I have tried using a few guides and have changed settings around but I still can not regain my old FPS, please someone, help me save my frames.

My specs are:
GPU: GTX 750Ti
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K
RAM:8gb DDR3 kingston

Solution

Yeah it only happened on CS:GO, my drivers are up to date and my temps are normal.

I actually found the fix on a reddit post which was putting a command into the launch options. Here you go anyone whgo finds this thread with the same problem, sorry I didn't post this sooner I actually forgot I posted this until I got a reply in the Chrome Extension thing.

Command to put in launch options of CS:GO: +mat_queue_mode 2
This helped gain me around 50-80 frames back.

(If someone could make this the solution that would be great.)

Definitely seen this crop up a lot. Glad it worked for you. For posterity, if anyone else needs a few performance tweaks, these are the commands I use (in addition to the one Nozzy_ pointed out)

-freq 144 -refresh 144 -processheap -novid -nojoy -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel -high -tickrate 128 -threads 4 -nod3d9ex -noaafonts +mat_queue_mode 2 +exec autoexec +mat_vignette_enable 0
