power supply 12v rail question

Hello,
My friend has 300W PSU which has under +12v rail 10/25 amps written.
So what does "10/25 amps" mean??
Please help me.

name and model of that psu it could have 2 line for 12 volt and max aower would be 25 amp and 10 amp on a single line only .

this is a generic psu similar to the one some oem use you have a minimal of 10 amp on the 12 volt and a max of 25 amp over that it will try off and be usefull .

the 750 ti need a 300 watts psu http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-750-ti/specifications and the 950 a 350 watts with a 6 pins connector http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-950/specifications so this one could be low on power and system may not work as it should if you could get a better psu .

for myself i would not use it i would prefer to get a better psu to avoid issue .
