Recently, my PC started overheating a lot randomly. When I opened up the BIOS, it said CPU fan error and CPU temperature too high, or something of the likes.

I opened up my PC and found that my Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO isn't spinning.

I don't know where to go from here so help would be appreciated.

I have a Fractal Design Define XL R2, if that is any help.

Thank you.

Hi. Open up the computer and make sure the CPU_FAN is connected to motherboard. wiggle it while computer is on to see if the connection is gone or the fan is gone. Either way, you can easily find a replacement fan.

To make sure the CPU_FAN header isn't working, try the fan in another header.
