Hello, I have some questions.

1. Is this build compatible?
2. Are the CPU and GPU overclockable
3. Tips?

All parts are compatible. The cpu and gpu are overclockable. What is your budget? Do you have an SSD, if not, you should. What speed is the ram? DDR4-XXXX??? A 1000w psu is overkill, unless you plan on two graphics cards.

Pcpartpicker is your friend for saying if it is compatible or not. Number 2 the cpu has "k" at the end so that means it is over clock-able. For your gpu, yes it is over clockable. Get ssd if you do not have it. Looks good.
