Hey guys!

Short:
So, is there any software that enables me to connect to a network drive that can only be accessed with a VPN, but that does not send all my internet traffic through that VPN?

Long:
My university provides its students with a a cloud or NAS of 50 GB. It's really cool, because the speed and reliability are great, and it is for free!

But to access it, I need to connect to the university's VPN and add a network drive in my Windows with my university's credentials. I have done that, but I really don't like the idea of having all my internet traffic all the time going through their VPN. It can also be accessed through a website, but that is just too much work. Every time you want something uploaded, to open the browser, select the files...

I wanted to have that drive working like Google Drive or Dropbox work. A folder that is synced with the cloud, but I couldn't find anything! Do you guys know of any way to do that?

Thanks!!

Solution
What your university offers isn't actually a cloud, its a VPN with a shared drive. They would need to upgrade their systems with a product like Tonido for this to be possible. Otherwise there is no way.
