Can I overlock first gen Intel i7 920 with the following specs?

To overclock you need a motherboard with a P67 or Z68 chipset, an after-market CPU cooler and a good quality PSU. It's possible to overclock on older motherboards such as yours by increasing the FSB, but this is more difficult and the gains aren't worthwhile. You still need a CPU cooler and quality PSU as well.

I've got a Be Quiet! Pure Power BQ L8-700W PSU, if that gives it a shot.
