new ram doesn't work well ( Reboot/Blue Screen)

Hey Guys,
Recently i have bought a new ram called
" EasyPC DDR3 4GB 1333 512x8"
every time i try to turn on my pc it restarts and gives me a blue screen
i replaced it with another ram 2GB, the pc started perfectly and i found no issue
can someone tell me what is the problem ?

GTX 750
Core i3 540
Intel DH55TC

Looks like a newer stick, so it's made with high density memory ICs, the 1156 mobos were designed for the then current low density DDR3, might return and look at the GSkill NT series of Value DRAM which are still available and made with low density ICs
