How to set up Raid 0 on an MSI GODLIKE X99?

A couple of months ago I built a new computer, sold most of my old parts except my harddrives cause I knew i needed some data on them.

Now I need to get the data on my 2 old SSD's, only problem is that they were running in RAID 0 on my old system. And I can't figure out how to set them up to run in RAID 0 with the MSI X99 GODLIKE motherboard.

I've set the sata mode to Raid. Then restarted my computer, expecting it to come up with a new screen allowing me to configure my raid array. But nothing, it just booted up as normal.

I went back in the settings and looked through them, couldn't find anything helpful. I restarted and looked at the boot menu. While the 2 old harddrives shows up in the boot menu, there's no way to set them up in a raid.

How do you set these up in Raid on this MSI motherboard? (my boot ssd is a Samsung 950Pro M.2) I don't want to make these 2 ssds my default boot drive. Just be able to access them.

And I have checked that the motherboard, and the SATA ports I am using are all capable of RAID 0.

Solution
If the old system was AMD then you aren't going to be able to get your data back that easily.

What was the old raid controller?
