GTX 750 2gb GDDR5 + 350 WATT PSU?

Hi, was wondering if this gpu: https://www.asus.com/Graphics-Cards/GTX750PHOC2GD5/specifications/

Would work with this PSU, that I already own: http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-HBA008-ZA1GT-350-Power-Supply/dp/B01429U3XI

My current setup is:

4gb Valueram Ddr3, 1600mhz, Non-Ecc, Unbuffered, Cl11, 1.5v, 240-Pin Dimm, Kingston

hitachi desktar HDS721010KLA330 hdd.

h81m-p33 mobo

g3258 cpu

It should work since the GPU doesn't require a 6 pin PCIe connector, but the quality of that PSU looks sketchy.

It's a stock PSU that came in a pre-built asus PC. The m11b desktop to be precise and it was bought back in 2013 or 2014. I just remember that I had it when battlefield 4 came out.
