recently ive been having performance issues with my pc. Ive already had a guy look at it and it seems that the hardware is all in place and working properly. ive been adding on two my computer and adding parts for the past couple of years and the only old piece of hardware which remains is the old hard drive which still has all my files and what not from the previous hard ware in my computer. could this be why im experiencing fps issues
