How much voltage would I need to get my g3258 pentium to 4.2GHz?

At stock it is 3.2GHz at 1.12v. I've been trying to oc it but it continues to crash due to not enough power. Windows 10 will reboot the computer when this happens. I've tried a multiplier of 40x on the core clock and ring clock at 1.25 and still unstable. What should I do to get this stable? And what is a safe voltage? I don't want to burn it out.

Solution
The only way to get an overclock stable is to add voltage (VCORE).

The amount of VCORE doesn't matter per se, it's the core temperature that needs to be kept under control.
