Pricing on my two PCs. Please help.

I'm looking to buy a PC from my friend. I was wondering what you guys would price these two PC's at. Also which PC would have better performance?


First PC,

Intel core i5 4570
Cooler master hyper 212
Asus sabertooth Z87 mobo
GeForce GTX 660 GPU
Samsung 840 evon120gb SSD
WD 750gb HDD
Gskill ripjaw x series 8gb ram
Corsair 500w power supply
2 cooler master 140mm fans
All inside a Phanteks Enthoo Pro black case.


The second one, (He got a ASUS m32CD and upgraded it quite alot.)

Intel Core i5-6400
Stock cooler
ASUS M32 Mobo
ASUS R7 360
Samsung SSD 120gb
8GB DDR3 Ram
EVGA 450w PSU
Inside the ASUS m32cd case

So the first one will perform better? And the first one comes with an OS but the second doesnt.

Also, the Price of the first one is $400 and the second is just over $500. Just a bit less than a M32CD Stock brand new, but it's got upgrades.
