Is my system stable to OC?

Hey guys. I recently built a new rig, and ran some tests for baseline performance. I am running an i5 6600K on an ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING board, cooled by Corsair H115i AIO. I ran it for 20 mins on Prime 95 to test the temperatures, stock speeds and stability. I have NOT maually overclocked any settings - I installed the parts, got the system up, and installed Windows and a few apps/games. No fiddling yet. I am worried about the temperature graphs - see below.

This is about 10 minutes into the test. Is it normal for one core to be hotter?:

This is just over 20 mins, right before I stopped the test:

And right after stop:

So the temperatures never got above mid-50s in stress test. I guess that is ok? My biggest concern is the temperature graph - they seem to be jumping around a bit. I never had an errors or saw any problems with the system. Is my CPU ready to overclock? Or is it unstable?

I'll probably run a 24 hour test while I'm out tomorrow and go from there.
I've read this guide, which I will reference: http://www.overclock.net/t/1570313/skylake-overclocking-guide-with-statistics
Looks like I should be safe to push 4ghz and go up over time. Might look into the intel tuning plan first...
