Got offered a great deal on i7-4790 which LGA1150 motherboard?

as that is a locked chip OC features are not really needed. having had used the MSI PC mate board, I would say get that, it is cheap (but get the non refurbished ones, you already saved a ton of money, might as well not push the odds) and will work just fine. the rest seem a bit pricey for what they have to offer.
