how does this build look . its my first time building a pc im a total noob. i think this will cost around 2100-2200 usd . is everything compatible? can we make it better ? or cheaper ? any Suggestion appreciated.

It's very good, but I'd wait for SkylakeE because it's a lot better than BroadwellE. And yes, there is no reason to get that kind of CPU if you won't be running a GTX 1080 class GPU.
EDIT: Only managed to open the cooler link right now. Remove the H100i and replace it with something else. There are a lot of complains saying that they aren't solid (they leak and explode). A good replacement would be NZXT Kraken X61.
