MSI H110I Pro M.2 Compatibility Question

I need to get a new motherboard, and I want to get one with an M.2 SSD slot. The MSI website doesn't specify if the M.2 only takes PCI-E cards, or if it can only run at higher speeds with PCI-E. Does anyone know what M.2 cards it accepts? MSI website

I've always been looking at the Gigabyte H110N, which supports SATA SSDs in the M.2 slot, but I can't seem to find any M.2 cards with the M key. Any recommendations? Gigabyte website

Solution
It tells you under the "Detail" tab on the specifications page which type M.2 drives it supports:

"1 x M.2 Key M Socket supports type 2280/2260/2242 storage devices in PCIE Gen3 x2 mode on the back side
- supports PCIe 2.0x4 standard, 4.2cm/6cm/8cm length M.2 PCIe-interface SSD cards
"

https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/H110I-PRO.html#hero-specification

I can't recommend any though as I don't use M.2 drives, in fact I don't even use an SSD of any type.

Alright, thanks. It's just a bit strange that the Gigabyte mobo supports SATA M.2 in key M when I can ONLY find SSDs in SATA 600 Key B+M
