Pc overheating pls help

SO my pc is overheating ,my cpu gets to temperatures of 78 C but i am more concerned about the gpu because while gaming fan is 100% and temps are at 88-89 constantly,I have two cooling fans on the front and one exhaust on the top back and the cm tx3 cooler blowing towards the excaust fan.
Outside its propably 30C and the room temperature is pretty high up too propably.
I have changed thermal paste recently too

what CPU and GPU are you using? if you are running something like the FX-8350 then 78C isn't that bad as they usually run hot anyway, the GPU temps are a little more concerning what program are you using to monitor the temps ?

We need to know a lot about your system. What are all of your components and how are you measuring / reporting the temperatures?

I have overclocked my fx 6300 to 4.2 Ghz so i guess the cpu is fine.My gpu is the r9 380 and i use msi afterburner to monitor the temps

Temperature measurements can be problematic with AMD. Download AMD's Overdrive, if you do not have it, and let us know what your Thermal Margin is.

Overdrive gives thermal margin, Afterburner gives temperatures. I'm interested in what the Thermal Margin is.
