Whenever I try to overclock with amd overdrive it gets to 4.4ghz then blue screens. 970 is a bit expensive. Is a 750ti 4gb too little?

No, he was saying a 750 ti or gtx 950 are not worth the upgrade.
An R9 380 is worth the upgrade for sure.
But yet again the Rx 480 is going to release in a month for $199 and performs like a gtx 970/980.
Is worth the wait in my opinion
