I recently bought this motherboard with the thought of trying crossfire at the future,i got r9 380x and was planning to buy one more in the future to use the 2 way amd crossfire but i sure as hell cant understand how this works. Is it worth it?
I read on the specifications of the motherboard this text :
"1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 (PCIEX16), 1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x4 (PCIEX4) * The PCIEX4 slot shares bandwidth with the PCIEX1_2 slot. The PCIEX1_2 slot is not available when you install PCIe x4 card . * The PCIEX4 slot will run until x1 speed if PCIEX1_2 slot is occupied by card , 2 x PCI Express x1 slots, 2 x PCI slots"
i m not familiar with crossfire or SLI could someone please elaborate and explain this?

It would limit it some but not realy bad. I would recomend selling your card and buying the single best card you can with the money. You will get consistent performance with one card. Xfire comes down to the game and drivers.
