NOTES:

- With this setup you can overclock your CPU if you so desire but it is pretty much good for a good while without having to be overclocked.
- You'll have an SSD and a hard drive, so the bigger files you'll have to put them on your hard drive, and the operating system you'll have to install it on the SSD so it's faster. (that if you don't know how to install, here you go: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJmtpx_l-So ).

If you have anything to add please do let me know.

Yes you can but you'll lose everything on it because it has an operating system installed, and you'll have to format the hard drive.

If you go for the configuration I sent you, the cooler comes with the thermal paste, you just have to apply it. (it comes in this small package inside the Hyper212s box

How can i install the windows on my new pc if i dont got a key for it because i bought my pc used?

Windows used to (maybe still does) come in two versions, a builders version that was good for only one computer and a more expensive upgradable version that can be moved from one build to another and is upgradable. The builders version was tied primarily to the motherboard- once you changed it you usually had to get a new version of Windows.
