How to create a multi boot USB for Windows XP, 7, 8 & 10?

Is it possible to create a multi bootable USB for Windows XP, 7, 8 & 10 installations, all in one pendrive or external HDD?
I´m asking because of the different partition systems and BIOS between Windows 7 (and below) and Windows 8 (and above) .

Hmm. You can put multiple ISOs on a single usb stick and choose which one to boot by installing GRUB, but I suspect that it won't work through subsequent reboots during the installation process. I think that they expect the disk to be readable after rebooting into the installed OS. My best guess would be no, but I've never tried it.
