Possible to install windows on ssd without boot from cd?

I want to change my windows boot from my hdd to my ssd but i dont have a cd drive , is it possible to do that?

Depending on the size of your HDD and how much space has been used up you might be able to clone your HDD to the SSD and not have to go through a clean install of your OS.

If you need to do a fresh install you can follow this http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/9585/how-to-setup-a-usb-flash-drive-to-install-windows-7/ to set up a install usb stick to reinstall windows.
