PC doesnt boot without Graphic Card

I have d foll specs: 2x8Gb DDR3 Hyperx Ram, amd fx 6300, asus nvidia 750 ti 2gb ddr5, corsair 550 smps,...after installing a new ssd n windows 10...i realized that d graphic card wudnt update..after trying d solutions..i thought it was easier to install d os again..when i trying to live boot it with a pd..after removing d card...the pc didnt boot...not even d bios..plz help...

Your motherboard and FX-6300 CPU do not have integrated graphics. You will need to install the graphics card in order to view what the system is doing.

i dont think so...coz i remember around 1-1.5 yrs back i used to use the pc without the graphic card when it had gone for repairing.
