I plan on upgraded several of my parts to make my PC more future proof (upgrading CPU, GPU, RAM, new motherboard, another 1 TB hard drive, etc) I plan on getting the new GTX 1070 when it becomes available to buy with a i5 4690k, and Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16gb DDR3-1866 ram. I was wondering if the upgraded PC only having a 550 watt power supply will suffice. If not, what would the recommended amount of power be? (and please list the PSU). Also, if anyone has any suggestions about different parts instead of the currents one listed PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Im always up to different suggestions especially for CPU and motherboard (if you have different suggestions, keep motherboard under $120, CPU under $230).

Your PSU "XFX TS 550W 80+ Bronze" is decent quality so yes you are good to go. This is just over a 300 watt build for your new PC.

I suggest an Intel 6600K over the i5 4690k as they are virtually the same price. Since you are building new might as well get more bang for your buck and a bit more future proofing. Then of course you will need DDR4 memory and a decent Z170 motherboard which have a lot more new feaures like m.2 slots etc(pick by features from ASUS, MSI or Gigabyte).

is this motherboard fine?: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16813132566

That motherboard is a good one. Lots of IO options so if you want a M.2 drive down the road you have that option. For memory don't worry about going crazy high end, a decent DDR4 2400 kit will be fine. Memory speed over DDR4 2400 doesn't matter for gaming unless you are using the onboard graphics which you are not(gaming is not memory speed constrained).
