This might be common knowledge, but if you buy a 1080 directly from Nvidia they will take it back within 30 days, only asking for shipping if you have opened the box. This gives me huge piece of mind to pick one up now and then wait to see if I want to move to a third party card in the next 30 day, or stay with the FE edition.
Typically I would wait, but I have a new PC rig built and only have a AMD 6780, so 30 days without a new card is lot of pain as that card is barely keep low settings going.
