Which PC would be the better for my gaming

Im Choosing between these two Pcs. im buying a complete one because im busy with work and maybe a little to lazy too build one. If you have a link to another pc that you feel is better and in same general price range please share. I appreciate any help i also mostly play Cs:GO and some WOW occasionally. Once again thank you for any help.

Of the options listed, the bottom one hands down.

It has a GTX 950, which, is pretty low end, but still not terrible.

Honestly, the first one is faster overall. The ibuypower one has a fx 8320 on a low phase board, meaning heat issues and other issues on a 400w PSU which is probably crap and will doe earlier to the higher power draw. The 950 is slightly faster than the 740, but really I prefer the first one. The 4460 is faster than the 8320. Also the extra VRAM isn't a big plus, but I mean it's preferable over a 8320. I mean also the 12 GB ram is a good plus. Also WoW doesn't really require too much GPU power to run. If it was me, I would choose the first option. 4460+740.

I disagree. The 4460 is muc faster in all games, and especially single thread, which is important to older games. Also the 8320 stock will be as good as a 4460 in multithreaded Also older games run fine with the 740. It's a playable and okay card.
