Can you use different CPUs with the same motherboard?

Okay, so I'm really confused. My motherboard is the Gigabyte H81M-S2H which has the pins for the CPU on the board itself.

I'm wondering since the pins are on the board and they are now bent into place for my Intel i5 4460, would I be able to upgrade my motherboard and use the same CPU with this new motherboard, and could I use the old Gigabyte motherboard with a different CPU?

Solution
yes, as long as they match up. the pins are springy, so they bounce right back when you remove the CPU as long as you don't damage any of them.

just be aware of the socket and CPU types - in your case, LGA1150. you have an 1150 board and an 1150 CPU, so if you were to get another different board and CPU, they too would have to be LGA1150 types. but they could be different models from what you have now.
