GPU spins and stop for a second

My GPU spins and stop for a second after pressing the power button and it doesnt even reach POST theres nothing on the monitor yesterday this happened and i tried to re-insert the GPU and it worked again for like 5-6 hrs? After i shutted down my pc and restart it doesnt even go to POST again. But the other fans are spinning okay.

CPU - FX-6300
GPU - SAPPHIRE R7 250X
MOBO - GA-970A-DS3P
PSU - EVGA 500W BRONZE

PS: I dont know if its the gpu's fault or the other components.

1| You've forgotten to include your OS, boot(+storage) drive, ram and chassis in your system's specs. Please add them in a followup post.
2| If the system, as is, doesn't allow you to go into BIOS then there can be a power delivery/grounding issue though can you get into BIOS without any issue? Have you tried removing the CMOS battery and then tried powering on your system?
3| You may want to try and bread board your system and see if the issue is yet apparent.
4| Lastly follow this guide when troubleshooting no POST scenarios.
