I have Motherboard which is z97-k (Asus) currently i use i5 4440 @3.1Ghz
Now I want to change my Processor to 6th gen i7 6700k 8m 4.2 Ghz will my Motherboard support my Cpu and will my gaming experience increase?? I have Nvidia geforce gtx 970 graphic card.

Unless you see videos or read reviews about people getting higher frame rates than you are in the same games, and they also have a gtx970, i wouldn't sweat upgrading. Now if people are using a 970 and getting 10 more fps than you in say BF4 on the same graphics setting then your CPU is probably holding you back.
