Will Intel Core I7 3770k Bottleneck gtx 980ti SLI

PC Specs:
intel core i7 3770K @ 4.2Ghz
ASRock Z77 Extreme 4
16GB DDR3 1600Mhz
GTX 980ti
100W Cooler Master 80+ Gold PSU

I am looking at getting a second gtx 980ti for some 1440p or 4k gaming but I was wondering if there would be a bottleneck because my cpu is to slow since it is 3rd generation intel. Will I need to upgrade or will my current cpu work well?

Yea the official release world wide was like may 27th or something. You may just not be getting it in your area yet but the release was universal.

You'll be thinking of what is a bottleneck afterwards.

I looked at benchmarks of the 980ti sli vs gtx 1080 and the 980ti wins by about 40% at 4k so I am going with that also the 100w was meant to say 1000w PSU (Overkill I know but when I first built this I was dumb)
