VGA card in 450W 12v rail 30A ?

I looking for new VGA card to replace my GT 210 .
I use local 450w 12v rails 30A Psu
My System Spec :
I3 2100
2GB Ram (Will be upgrade to 8GB)
2x 500GB Hdd 7200RPM
Optical Drive
And 2 case fan

So whats the best GPU i can run ?

A GTX 960 would work with your PSU. Anything more powerful will need a larger PSU and CPU upgrade.

The problem is i use old CRT Monitor since i lost my LCD last month . Can GTX 960 card can work fine ?

I would suggest getting a better PSU that's Tier 1 or 2 along with the GTX 960.
