I recently got a EVGA GTX 750 Ti FTW, and it worked fine for about 6-7 months, then poof. All of the sudden it started having display problems almost like dead pixels, and low-bit color across the screen. The fans both work fine, and temperatures stay fairly low, so I personally don't think it is a heat sink problem. I play on a 32" Samsung 1080p TV, with a fairly decent PC.

Here are my specs:
CPU: AMD FX 8320 3.5 GHz
GPU: NVIDIA EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti FTW
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X DDR3 16GB (2 x 8gb)
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 600w
Mobo: Asus M5A78L-M Micro ATX
Case: NZXT Phantom 410

Also is included a horrible picture of what I mean-

Solution
wow... that completely looks like the TV/MONITOR to me, not the card, if its indeed the card and re seating it into a different PCIe slot and using a different video cable does not fix it, its definitely broken
