1| Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS, connected peripherals and audio equipment?
2| Please make sure that your BIOS as well as the rest of your device drivers(namely chipset and audio) are up to date.
3| Have you also tried connecting your earphone's off the front panel audio output?
