Hey I just built a new computer, I've been having the problem of getting my ram sticks to work, I can get 1 stick to boot and the computer runs perfectly but when I install the other one it won't boot, I originaly had the Kingston hyperx 1600 mhz 16gb set(two 8gb ram sticks) and I couldn't get that to work and everywhere I looked up said I needed to enable xmp profile well those didnt have that option so I sent them back and got some corsair vengeance 1600mhz 16gb set which have the xmp profile option and even when I turn it on it still won't boot with both sticks in there, can someone please help me figure out what I need to do, my computer parts are:

Motherboard: msi b85m-g43
Graphics card: gtx 950
Processor: xeon 1231 v3
Ram: corsair vengeance (2)8gb sticks 1600mhz
