Computer restarts randomly

I don't know why, but randomly my computer starts restarting after I reinstall Windows 10. I could be doing anything, as simple as browsing the web and it restarts, and I don't know what to do. It shows up a random screen, any color, and just reboots. Please help!

low watage power supply. download hardware info turn on sensor and logging. watch 12v rail make sure it holding. or try another power supply. with a gpu you should used a 550w power supply to make sure the 12v rail has amps rating on it to game.

I got a new power supply (http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Continuous-Warranty-Supply-100-W1-0500-KR/dp/B00H33SFJU?ie=UTF8&keywords=evga%20500w&qid=1465457972&ref_=sr_1_1&s=pc&sr=1-1) Hoping that this one was going to work. I plugged it in and starting playing again. I had Minecraft open and I was on the internet and it restarted again. I don't know if it is my components but I am getting a new computer, besides my HDD and GPU I have right now. Maybe that will fix the issue?
