hi guys, i really need your help, why is that i only gets 100mb speed in transferring my files through my gigabit switch? is there a setup needed to get a gigabit speed? i am using a Dlink gigabit switch with gigabit onboard ethernet and a CAT6E cable. please help me guyss, thank you for helping me

Do you mean you get 100 Megabytes per second data transfer? FYI the maximum (theoretical) data transfer rate for a gigabit connection means 125 MEGABYTES per second
