Not sure if this is the correct forum but I really need help

(I turned it off by myself at the end of the video)
So I just removed my old SSD to install a new one, before that my computer was running just fine. But with or without the new SSD plug in, (only) my front fan (that is right next to the SSD slot) keeps making noise, pausing and restarting, like something is in the way of it. Never happened to me before, doesn't seem to be a PSU issue because I didn't really change anything and I didn't even touch the fan. Any solutions about this? Should I just replace my case fan?

1| This video has been removed by the user.

Sorry about that.

2| Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS and connected peripherals? List the case fans as well.
3| After swapping out the hardware, did you make sure that there aren't any wires or debris that might've made their way into the path of the fan's/blades?
