I recently upgraded my EVGA GTX 660 Ti 2GB to a MSI R9 380 4G (4GB). In some cases, the R9 380 4G runs better than the 660 Ti, but more often than not, the 660 Ti will outperform it. For example, the R9 380 4G can run DOOM on ultra settings 1080p well, but my old 660 Ti could run Minecraft with shaders at 60+ FPS, whereas the same setting but on the R9 380 4G struggles to run Minecraft without shaders on, let alone with shaders!?! Any help here would be appreciated.
New, better graphics card performing worse than my last card?
