I just got a Zotac GTX 970 a few days ago now used of eBay and there seems to be a problem when playing games.
There's this slight static at the top of the screen and every so often I can see artifacts on screen. This only happens when playing games but appears in fullscreen and windowed...
I'm using DVI to VGA, tested two different adapters both with same results.
Didn't see this issue when using my TV instead of monitor but I don't know if a cable is possible of 3d artifacts in game, and all of this only happens IN GAME.
Do I contact the seller/eBay or fix it some otherway
(Also reinstalled drivers and uninstalled onboard intel graphics driver, still no difference)
