you have suggested a 700w PSU, is this really necessary, ive been told i only need 550w?
Also, you have added a SSD, is this necessary too? or does it have an advantage?

thanks

Ok so are you overclocking or not?
The ssd is a must at least 240gb. You will notice a big difference in speed doing well anything. Also the psu he recommended is absolute crap. It is not even close to 700w (will deliver about 400w if lucky and probably kill your pc) Also if you aren't overclocking I might be able to get the gpu up to a 1070 and still be within budget.

i haven't really thought about it. What are the advantages of over clocking? Do you think it would be worth it?

Well I mainly overclock on setups that are older because I have the option and they need the overclock to stay relevant (talking about 2009 computers with c2q's) personnally I don't think oc-ing is something you should consider directly out of the gate because if you are buying a new computer and it needs an overclock straight out of the gate to be anything good then you have don something wrong. It's all up to you however.

I wont over clock, however, if possible i would like it to be possible to overclock in the future then.

Ok then get a 240gb ssd and an evga 500 - 600w psu that should be good enough.

Thanks, this seems like a really good build, few questions though, Do i need a 1070? i'm not that good at gaming and i don't really want to if its gonna be a waste. also, what are the advantages and reasons behind having a HDD and an SSD? Probably sounds dumb but im not that knowledgeable about computers.
Thanks

What would be your main uses for your computer?

if youre in video editing, or something of that sort a card like the GTX 1070 does help.

and what do you mean by not that good at gaming, you mean you dont game much? like limited game choices, not fancying new games etc. or are you referring to your skill in gaming?

edit 1: forgot about the SSD and HDD. reason is, your games or important programs go to your SDD, since its faster. (accessing, copying, game load times) and your backup/main storage is your HDD, since you wont need them to be "fast".

I would be using it to game. I have plenty of games and i enjoy playing them, i'm just not good compared to other gamers. That is what i meant

oh so it wont matter. hahaha FPS isnt some biased individual only going up 60+ to some pro. but if you game alot the GTX 1070 is pretty good for you. just look at that link ive sent you. i havent placed a wifi solution on that though. id have to look for something to help you out, but all in all, thats a good system for your budget.
