Is it normal to have 34 C at i5 6500 idle?

Thats a tiny bit high but idle doesn't matter too much. What are your max temps under load?

I dont know there is still no windows yet,only bios

Depends on the room temp

Abxolute :

Idle temps will be higher in the bios because the voltage is ramped up. Those temps are absolutely normal in the bios.

Room temp 18 degrees celcius
