Is Consolidated Computers legit?

I'm looking to buy a laptop, and Consolidated Computers has a really good deal on it. It seemed kinda fishy, so I was wondering if anyone has had experience with them before. Is it a scam website?

BBB gives them an A+ rating, only complaint listed looks to be from someone that did not like a sticker mark on their used laptop and did not like the restocking free which is pretty normal practice. I would not even bother noting the complaint as a real one, just someone not reading the terms on the web-site or sales agreement. That is true in most cases I see when someone complains about a company, it's about 90% the fault of the person complaining like "I wanted to return it but was too late because I was busy and they did not take the return" or something like that.

"good deal" seems to be on a used product since the business lists them selling refurbished systems.
