dell xps710 blinking orange light wont start

hello ihave dellxps710 1st prob some times the pc wont start the orange light will blink id what to do is it my psu or my mother board not sure i think my psu is not the problem , and another problem when it starts after playing a while it will shut down by itself or running furmark stress test or when benchmarking after a second i start it would shutdown
core 2 quad
750watt psu
6gb ram
gtx 580 help please
is the problem psu or motherboard or videocard?
i tried fixing capacitors in motherboard still problem exists

What do you mean you "tried fixing capacitors"? 9/10 times that will do more damage then it's worth unless you have a professional soldering station with a very fine point iron.
Best way to find out if it's the PSU is to borrow a good one from another computer and test with that.
How does the light blink? Just constant flashing or a few quick flashes then turn off?
