Hello,

Hello,

Yesterday I installed a fan splitter and an extra 120mm case fan, as well as a Fatal1ty X-Fi Sound card. After booting up, there was no sound. The sound card didn't look flush with the back of the case; it wasn't snapped into the PCIE2 slot even though I screwed it down. The USB2 cable is in the way of that port I think. Furthermore, the GTX 980 GPU is so big that there's no other configuration for connecting these cards into PCI/PCIE ports. I removed the sound card until I could find a solution thinking that the on-board sound will continue to suffice for now.

Then I open my favorite game, Counter-Strike Global Offensive. When playing, the game freezes for a fraction of a second multiple times during a window of a few seconds. This problem repeats and has not gone away.
Additionally, on restart the computer gives the error: The instruction at 0x000000005c8c1fdd referenced at 0x0000000004b4934. The memory could not read.

Motherboard: ASRock H97M Pro4 LGA 1150 Intel H97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980
Sound: Creative Labs SB0886 PCI Express Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Pro

I need help to solve the freezing problem in game, the memory error, and if possible the sound card install. TIA
