Hello, I have downloaded speccy to check my temps and fan speeds and was surprised when it said that my cpu heatsink fan was running at 75 rpm which is extremely slow so I opened up my case while my pc was running and saw that the fan was running extremely slowly, I cant feel any airflow at all. It's connected to my current motherboard (an hp motherboard) via a 4 pin connector. Is there any way to manually change the speed of the fan via software? I've tried speed fan but it gets stuck at analyzing nvidiabus and crashes.
