Hi,
I'm a little bit confused right now...

My laptop is connected to the internet and says it has internet access. Webpages load using Chrome (never fully, still has the blue circle like the page isn't fully loaded yet) and all other internet browser features function fine. All my other programs however, act as if they don't have internet connection. My Spotify says I'm offline, Skype has a loading icon (trying to connect icon), and I can't connect to any Minecraft servers.

If anyone knows how this is even possible, please let me know. Would love some help on this.

Thanks a lot.

P.S. Everything works fine when I plug my laptop direct to router with Ethernet cable.

Solution
do this go to the laptop maker link for is model and check for the latest wireless driver for it system with the os he use the check in the router on the wireless settings if the mac addres is on permit list also check if there is no restriction on port it could connect to the web and if you could borrow a wireless pen drive to made some test to the net without using the internal .

I can do the scans now, and I think I have an internal wireless card.

No issues after scan, anything else to do?
