need help finding a cooling fan that will fit the Intel Desktop Board DQ965CO

Hi, I decided to build a pc to surpass my pentium 4 desktop and I finally decided on purchasing this item, http://www.ebay.com/itm/231834611204 , as it was cheap and came with a motherboard, cpu, and ram. Now I've been looking for a cooler that would fit the motherboard, http://www.cnet.com/products/intel-desktop-board-dq965co-motherboard-microbtx-lga775-socket-q965-series/specs/ ,and it's been a real headache. The two coolers I found that were close to it's size are, http://www.amazon.com/INTEL-S775-BTX-HEATSINK-Type/dp/B000YHG7GK/ref=pd_sim_sbs_147_1?ie=UTF8&dpID=41Bu4HUePnL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR160%2C160_&refRID=0VHBCVQZH8CKNCVMZEJF and http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000AD6O2A/ref=asc_df_B000AD6O2A4341456?smid=AJ1BUG50UXZKY&tag=cnet-pc-20&linkCode=df0&creative=395105&creativeASIN=B000AD6O2A , but there isn't enough information on the two products to make me feel conformable enough to purchase one of them and I have a feeling that they may not fit at all because the length between the screw holes on my motherboard are about 7 x 11.5 cm. I feel so stupid for asking this as I might just be looking in the wrong direction but I really need help. Thanks.

Also you have to buy the BTX case for it too, and I don't know you find one or not, it will be hard to find too. One more thing, does the MB come with the I/O Back Shield Panel too? because I don't see it. If it doesn't don't buy that item.
