I recently decided to upgrade a few aspects of my PC, namely my graphics card to a Geforce GTX 960 and my power supply to a 465W and in doing so, I'm now experiencing reboots when running games like Fallout 4 and even simpler ones I could play with my pre-built in graphics card.

I've checked for driver updates have been scanning for corrupted Windows files but so far haven't had any luck.

Intel Core i5-4430 @3.00 GHz
Win 8.1 x64bit
GeForce GTX 960
RetailPlus 465W ATX 80mm Dual Fan
8.00 GB RAM

Most sites seem to be telling me it's the power supply crapping out under the load so I'm running with the assumption that's it, but I wanted to get a second person's eyes on the issue.

I don't even think this is 80+, I would remove the psu immediately and buy a new one. You don't want to skimp on PSU's as they can destroy your entire pc.

I would recommend one of EVGA's Supernova G2's or B HEC.
