Which CPU-GPU combo is better?

Just asking for fun, which combo is the better one for overall performance (eg. Gaming, Video Editing, etc)

Combo 1:
-Intel Core i5 3330, OC to 3.2ghz
-ZOTAC GTX960

Combo 2:
-Intel Core i5 4460, no OC
-ZOTAC GTX750Ti

Even if you would've put an i3 for combo #1 it still would win. Reason: GPU. The 960 has more CUDA cores for rendering than the 750ti has. Also since the 960 is still "newer" it has more performance benefits than that of a 750ti. Most games coming out now are GPU intense rather than CPU intense. Also there is a big performance difference between the 750ti and the 960 for like an extra $30-$50 (depending on where you buy it) overall combo #1 would win.
